Job Description:

Sales Associate needed for growing and busy membership spa. This is a sales and customer service position, not a receptionist or medical filing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Providing excellent service to members/guests by helping create a relaxing spa environment, answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships.
• Must believe in and promote massage therapy and skincare.
• Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and forms.
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and storage room.
• Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
• MOST importantly, selling memberships, gift cards, and products to all clients. part/full time status, job hours, and responsibilities all are determined by sales performance.

EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service and sales experience STRONGLY preferred.
• Retail and spa product sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits, and spa policies and procedures.
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate
effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
• Able to work flexible days and hours, as shifts will change.
