We are seeking a
Director of Field Marketing for our Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters. The position will report to our Chief Marketing Officer.
Major Responsibilities Include:
• Guiding, educating and supporting local marketing efforts with Regional Developers and franchisees in a given area.
• Monitoring local marketing and ensuring that all marketing is compliant with existing local standards.
• Working with local clinics and co-ops to provide approval for localized messaging whether in the form of modifications of existing materials or items developed in support of the brand at a local level at the franchisees’ expense.
• Communicating and training our Regional Developers who will then roll out programs to their franchisees.
Requirements Include:
• A Bachelors degree (preferably in Marketing/Advertising and 10 years of field experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with franchisees.
• Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written) coupled with the ability to articulate clearly.
• Strong ability to build relationships/excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of print, radio, television and internet marketing media, SEO, SEM.
• Ability to think quickly and have analytical skills to understand the market and opportunities.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Creative and personable.
• Service oriented.
• Deadline focused.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
